Detailed Description

Implements construction of the GSDML-derived process-data signal catalogue.

Converts the existing GSDML module/submodule/DataItem model into a stable logical signal representation for CLI inspection and the future IO connector mapping. Runtime cyclic I/O remains deliberately outside this implementation.
