GoogleMock implementation of IRawEthernetSocket.

Provides a deterministic test double for raw Ethernet frame transmission.

The mock allows protocol unit tests to:

• Verify the number of transmitted frames.
• Capture complete Ethernet frames.
• Verify VLAN tags.
• Verify EtherType values.
• Verify PROFINET protocol headers.
• Verify exact byte-level wire representations.
