Google Mock implementation of the PROFINET alarm listener interface.

Provides a mock implementation of IAlarmListener for unit testing higher-level PROFINET components without creating alarm sockets, background threads, or receiving actual PROFINET alarm traffic.

The mock allows tests to verify alarm listener lifecycle operations, callback registration, and listener state handling.
